To use our Dart Eyes camera arms for auto darts scoring systems, you will need the following:

• A dartboard.
• Either a Winmau Plasma 360 Light, a Target Corona Light or a Mission Torus 270 Light to illuminate your dartboard and also to be able to support the cameras.
• A PC or laptop capable of supporting three USB cameras for the Auto Darts software (3 in 1 USB cable can also be used if PC or laptop can support). You can also us a Rasperry Pi or similar.
• Auto Darts Software - Free to download here.
  

Our camera arms are designed to work with the Winmau Plasma 360 Light, Target Corona Light or the Mission Torus 270 Light, and they are fully compatible with the Auto Darts system, including the latest pre-burned Auto Darts Firmware.

At the moment, our camera arms are compatible with two popular dartboard lights:

• Winmau 360 Plasma Dartboard Light
• Target Corona Vision Lighting System
• Mission Torus 270 Light

Both of these lights are specifically designed to provide even lighting for your dartboard and stability for the Dart Eyes camera arms, which is essential for accurate dart tracking with the Auto Darts system.

Our camera arms are designed to hold cameras at the optimal angles above the dartboard. These cameras then track the trajectory and location of the darts you throw. The data from the cameras is sent to your computer, where the Auto Darts software processes it to automatically score your game.

Yes, in order for the cameras to function properly, you will need to have the Auto Darts software installed on your computer. This software is responsible for integrating the camera feed and calculating your scores. The software will support up to three USB cameras, which is the number required for full functionality with our camera arms.

Our camera arms are designed to work with specific USB cameras that are compatible with the Auto Darts scoring system. While you can use other cameras, we recommend using cameras that are specifically supported by the Auto Darts software to ensure the best performance and compatibility.

Our camera arms are specifically designed for the Winmau Plasma 360 Light, Target Corona Vision Light & Mission Torus 270 Light. While other dartboard lights may be physically compatible, we cannot guarantee the same level of stability and performance with other models. For the best experience, we recommend using one of the supported lights.

We offer a 1-year warranty on our camera arms. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that arise with normal use. If you experience any problems with your camera arm, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Yes, installation is simple and designed to be user-friendly. The camera arms comes with clear instructions, and you can attach it directly to the compatible dartboard light (Winmau Plasma 360 Light , Target Corona Vision Light or Mission Torus 270 Light). We also provide customer support if you need additional guidance during installation.

For optimal performance and to fully utilize the Auto Darts scoring system, it is recommended to use all three cameras. The three-camera setup ensures accurate tracking of the darts' trajectory, allowing the software to provide precise scoring and feedback. However, it’s possible to use fewer cameras, but the accuracy of the tracking may be reduced.

If you accidentally damage your camera arm, don’t worry – we're here to help! Please reach out to our customer support team, and we will guide you through the warranty process or discuss repair options. If the damage is covered under warranty, we’ll assist you in getting a replacement.

Yes, after installing the camera arms and connecting the cameras, you may need to calibrate the system for optimal performance. The Auto Darts software includes an automatic calibration process that guides you through adjusting the camera settings and ensuring they are aligned correctly with the dartboard. This step is crucial for precise dart tracking.

Delivery will take between 2-4 working days on average and are shipped from the UK. Tracking numbers will be provided.

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days on average.

The cameras come with an adjustable focus and can be adjusted by turning the circular camera head. We aim to make all cameras perfect once sent, however you can easily adjust to your preference.
